$110 per Initial session
$ 95 per 60 minute session
$ 75 per 45 minute session
$ 50 per 30 minute session
Most therapy sessions are 45 minutes.
Insurance
I am in network with most Insurance companies, Medicaid, and EAP companies. I am not a Medicare Provider as Medicare does not cover LPCs in Virginia.
Telehealth services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have telehealth mental health insurance benefits?
Is my insurance in network with Serenity Hills, Inc.?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many telehealth sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Do I need an authorization for mental health visits?
Payment
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
